Ok i have poofy hair and my hair grows on top of each other so today i went to the haircutter person and they cut in the inside of my hair and it looks now really thin and move-y , so i need to know how can i cut it on my own so it stays long and less big and looks like i have a big head

Well, I don't know if you can do it on your own because the way they cut inside your hair is a technique that has to be learned. If you are determined, I would suggest going on amazon.com and looking for a how-to DVD or getting the book Haircutting for Dummies.
