What should i do wit my hair??(thick and wavy)?

I have a semi round head and id say a nice face but my ears stick a bit out...ive tried growing out my hair but usually it just gets really puffy and big and when its short my ears poke out..if its medium it sill looks puffy help?

I have the same issue, and I just got a fabulous haircut! My stylist started with about 3" layers at the top and then continued to layer his way down . The longest layer hits the top of my shoulders. In the front, I have long bangs that sweep to the side. With all of the layers, my hair os not poofy, and my waves are actually pretty curly now. Very easy to style. Just towel dry, gel, scrunch and air dry!

shave it off and get a nice fade
